Classy Or Trashy Snow Plows R Back

Classy or Trashy

The lovely eyesore of snow

plows have returned to their

winter nesting spot.

Two snow plows, a shipping container, and a partridge in a pear tree

Under no circumstances should the snow plows be stored in the newly renovated clubhouse parking lot. This unsightly arrangement reflects a board that lacks ambition and standards for the community. With some creativity and thoughtful planning, there are numerous more suitable locations to house these unattractive snow plows. Ideally, they should be stored discreetly behind the shipping container, but there are other viable alternatives if only the board would seek them out. One thing is certain: they do not belong in their current location.  Moreover, while we’re addressing these issues, the brown tarp and the surrounding litter need immediate attention. The parking lot should not resemble a junkyard; it deserves to be a clean and welcoming space for all residents. Let’s strive for a community that reflects pride and care in its appearance  TRASHY!

Donna Geffner disrespects her neighbors. What was once a beautiful cul-de-sac is now marred by the low class selfish act of Donna Geffner.

Once a symbol of a lower-class neighborhood, a tarp-covered car now represents the low class standards of the Estates ll board. Board member Donna Geffner's driveway on Nightingale Court, which was once subject to the high standards of Estates II, now unapologetically displays this eyesore. The tarp-covered car, once shunned, now stands as a testament to shifting values in the neighborhood.

The idea of repairing the front of the driveway with a seam is a new concept by a current board member. Looks awful, doesn't work and is a waste of money. It was suggested to the board of managers years a go, by a resident, to put belgium blocks at the front of every driveway. Do it once, it lasts forever and looks great. Money well spent.
