Many residents may not be familiar with the President and Vice President of Estates II. We would like to introduce Alan Rothenberg and Cindy Davidowitz, who have restricted access to board meetings and denied residents’ ability to review the minutes from those meetings. They are responsible for dismantling the landscaping committee, security committee, and other committees that encouraged resident involvement in Estates II. Additionally, they demand that board members keep information secret from residents. It was a lot more fun in Estates ll before Alan and Cindy moved here.
Cindy:
I spoke to someone regarding your request about the photos on the website. No one can seem to locate them, so please specify where they are.
I shared our conversation with Wendy, and she was shocked that I agreed to do you a favor but I told you I would so I will. For the record Mike Temkin took those pictures out of frustration with you and the board, when it was clear that no one cared about the issues he was facing.
Wendy wanted to know where you were when Rick who is not Jewish called us Gestapo agents ? Did you tell him he crossed a line. Did you have anything to say when Ely resorted to yelling, cursing, at Steve Bruck, me and Wendy? Wendy reminded me of the awful email she received from the entire board with your name on. Wendy suffered injuries due to a trap set by Ely, and you didn’t seen to have any concern for our ordeal and that speaks volumes.
Wendy wanted me to remind you that we are still dealing with the aftermath of the gate crashing onto our car and she is dreading the upcoming depositions and wanted me to know she is not happy that I offered to do anything for you because you Did nothing to help resolve the issue we are facing because the gate damaged the frame of my car, as I returned home from work? I'd like to know if there was any discussion or vote regarding the car rental costs, especially when the insurance company finally approved payment for the damages after an agonizing delay. Do you really think I should have simply gone without a car while waiting for the insurance company to fulfill their obligations? You didn’t call me to try and avoid a lawsuit. You are VP. Why didn’t you tell them to waive the waiver so I could have accepted the insurance money and take the condo to small claims court for the car rental? Instead Wendy and I had to find a lawyer, pay a lawyer and work on gathering information for the lawyer all for a supreme court lawsuit that is dragging on.
Wendy is understandably upset as we prepare for our first deposition and she wonders how stupid she will feel the day of the deposition knowing I did you a favor when in Wendy’s eyes you have no problem letting her endure a lawsuit stemming from the damage to my car from the gate. To think that, amid this stress, you would request something from us feels both selfish and hypocritical.
As the vice president your approach has been unprofessional and, frankly, vindictive. It’s disheartening to see such a lack of empathy in your dealings with us. Instead of support, we have faced continuous stress, especially with the upcoming depositions, which I Wendy and I would rather avoid entirely.
Are you aware that Wendy’s daughter is struggling to get basic repairs done on her investment property on Darters? The brick is in disrepair and you won’t fix it. Did you know The lawn mower got stuck in the back and they couldn’t get it out because of the board’s negligence regarding the oversaturated ground and your refusal to address the problem, yet you are concerned about a picture of grandchildren in a pool.
I know your grandchildren are well and safe as they should be but we have not been well and safe. While we will take down the photos once you provide the location, your request highlights a level of selfishness and hypocrisy that is difficult to overlook.
