What Zaken's condo used to look like below. Now instead of a cheap ugly plastic pot to hold the plantings the tree has been transformed with professional landscaping. Metal chains swinging between the trees and the plastic toy have been replaced with the new landscaping and underground lights.

Beautiful lawn destroyed by the lawn mower
The images below are what brings down property values. The documentation is the only hope resident have of having their siding cleaned. The board should hire a professional company to clean the entire development because the entire development has filthy siding.
July 2024, The cobble stone has sat in need of repair since before JULY 2022, even though this property is a couple of doors down from board member VP Cindy Davidowitz. Don't let the board tell you they do anything for Estates ll. When Cindy had a dead tree she made sure the condo re landscaped her entire front yard but she can't be bothered to have someone put these cobble stones back in place. A resident club member tried to stand the cobble stones upright but they are too heavy.
July 14, 2024 cobblestone has been repaired.
Condo is responsible to power wash original concrete. Resident had to hire outside help to get their concrete clean. If the condo could use a TCM vendor and pay for the service the concrete would have been cleaned immediately. When TCM can't bill Estates the services go "into the weeds." Just like Rick Saccullo's information updates.
When a board member violates the bylaws, by defacing the common areas surounding their home, it's a signal to the residents they can do the same. Zaken is the first resident in Estates ll history to mount lighting on the trellis. Now other residents have followed. Clearly a resident saw this on Zaken's trellis and thought it was ok to do. It appears Ely Zaken will not stop until he has completely destroyed the beauty of the conformity of Estates ll.
